Tully Associates was established in 1993 by Tricia Tully, a designer and project manager with 30 years experience in corporate office and facilities design and management. With a degree in Interior Design from Washington State University, Tricia worked throughout the west, with Interspace Incorporated in Denver and Reel Grobman in LA before landing in Seattle. Her projects included the 500,000-square-foot Los Angeles headquarters for Southern California Gas Company and the 40,000-square-foot offices of the Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton legal firm, also in Los Angeles.

Our experienced staff has refined our working relationship to provide a service that is both efficient and effective. We pride ourselves on meeting timelines while upholding the professional standards of product and service that we demand for our clients. Our effectiveness and reliability are evidenced by the decade-long alliances we maintain with our key clients, including Washington Mutual Bank and Piper Jaffray Companies.

The entire staff is proficient on AUTOCAD, and utilizes this program to produce all working documents that can be easily shared with outside engineers or consultants, then coordinated by Tully Associates to create a complete construction, bid, and permit package.
